So you've made the decision to compete in your first half marathon - that's awesome news!  But what do you do now????

The next step is start planning your training guide.  There a lots of resources online if you do a Google search, but we recommend having a look at Christine Luff's, Basic Half Marathon Training Schedule for Beginners.  Christine is a running and jogging expert based in the US, and provides lots of great information for those just starting out.

Her 12 week schedule is simple to follow, and provides great advice on when to amp things up and when to take those important rest days.
